Historical and Regional Cottage in Zatwarnica was an initiative of a few enthusiasts with an aim to preserve the memory of the ancestors living in the Bieszczady region.

The exposition’s goal is to show the tools, everyday objects, old coins, scenes from the life of the former residents, and professions they had. The oldest exhibits are even several hundred years old. On site you can also learn about history, events connected to the area, legends passed from generation to generation, and the surrounding nature.

The gallery of the regional artists has its place in the Cottage.

Opening hours:

The Cottage visiting hours are 9am – 8pm every day from May to October.
