Forests in Bieszczady
Forests of the Lutowiska municipality, which cover over 90% of its total area, are a special factor amongst other municipalities in Poland. It is not hard to guess then what kind of richness can be found here.
These are mainly the beech and fir-beech forests with addition of sycamore, for and many species of willows.
Many trees species were inventoried and because of their natural value they were given the status of the natural monuments.
